"Zervup" and the Zervup logo are trademarks of Zervup. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any Content you submit through the Service. By submitting Content, you grant Zervup a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the Content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such Content.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. After the trial period, you will be billed according to the plan you selected.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

9. Privacy

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZERVUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zervup and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
